The rear tire date code is 0120, and the front tire date code is 4515. The seller states that the generator and engine have received annual service. Although the current owner has only used it for one trip, stored it under a shed roof, and had the roof re-sealed, a recent inspection reported the re-seal wasn't done right, and many areas of the coach are reported to have moisture damage under the fridge, cab over bed, walls, and garage.
