Single owner, great condition fiberglass camper. Sleeps up to 6 people with a wueen size bed in loft, table converts to bed, sofa converts to bunk beds. Construction is fiberglass shell, wall insulation (R15), sliding window and screens, 11â€ gauge steel frame,3,500 pound torsion axel 3â€ axel rise, mounted rear stabilizer jacks, electric brakes, 10â€™ awning, 2â€ receiver for bike rack. Water system composed of 12 gallon flush water tank and city water connection, 18 gallon grey water tank, 8 gallon black water tank, 12 volt water pump, 4 gallon propane gas water heater. Electric system composed of 30 amp power converter/battery charger, 12 volt deep cycle batter, 12 volt lighting with all LED bulbs, Exterior grade fault outlet, and extra 12 volt interior outlets. Environmental controls include screen door, roof AC, 3-speed roof fan, 2 roof vents, and 16K BTU gas furnace with thermostat. Kitchen includes fiberglass cabinets, 1.9 cubic feet refrigerator (12 â€“ 110 â€“ gas), Three-burner stove with gas oven, and vinyl floor. Bathroom includes flush toilet and shower with exterior window.

2005 Scamp Kodiak Thor 19fl , **This camper has been raised according to factory specs so it could be towed with a 1 ton truck instead of the mid sized trucks it was built for, it also has 15 inch tires instead of 13 inch including spare. Work was done by a professional shop not by me personally. 2005 Scamp Fifth wheel I know a few different layouts exits this one has the couch just in front of the loft which turns in to bunk beds so you can theoretically sleep six, but a few of the six need to be on the smaller side, it has a fridge that runs on electric or propane and works well, hotwater heater (gas), stove top (gas), microwave (electric), AC (Electric), Furnace (gas) , and full bathroom. Everything on the camper functions as it should, I recently resealed all the windows and put new covers on all the rivets, it could however use a good polishing/buffing. Comes with 2 propane tanks and a deepcycle battery. Will also include the factory hitch for the right deal.
