For the age of this 2009 Phaeton, it has been kept in great condition. Four house batteries were put in 2021; the tires are about five years old. This owner has all of the maintenance records and has kept up on fixing anything wrong. The last time that was taken out was in October 2023. There is a crack in the reservoir on the coolant, and the Pitman Arm is leaking. He did install two brand new Coleman Mach 8 AC units. This is a one owenr coach that the sellers lived in full time from 2010 to 2020. It has been well cared for with regular cleaning to the full body paint and the roof. The only issue with the unit is the loveseat needs to be recovered. The seller has a quote from Red Bay of between $800 and $1,200.
