1985 FLEETWOOD PACE ARROW, This used 1985 Fleetwood Pace Arrow 29M is equipped with bunk above the cab, a cozy sleeper sofa for additional sleeping quarters, two recliner chairs with pull out table in between for dining and entertaining. The kitchen in this RV is equipped with a stainless steel under-mount double bowl sink, a stove top with an oven below, microwave, and a 2-door wood panel refrigerator. Furthermore, this Pace Arrow Motor Home has a private bath in the back with an enclosed bath and shower. The master bedroom suite comes with two twin beds with nightstands, and overhead cabinets. Heading back outside of the Fleetwood Pace Arrow, you will find an awning and plenty of space for storage in compartments.

This is a1985 Pace Arrow with 27-Y floor plan. Great for the weekend beach get away. Engine runs great. Will take a couple pumps first time starting when sitting for awhile. Low engine mileage, 56,900. Things that need attention, small leak on roof that can be easily repaired, Center vent fan not working, driver side window needs a little work but does open and close, Wind shield sprayer not working. All the appliances are working. Water pump/heater, A/C and heater, microwave, stove, fridge, freezer, shower, Generator and AM/FM radio are working. Also comes with Roof storage, Hydraulic leveling Jacks, Trickle charger for the vehicle battery, Half of the interior lights are LED, original owners and service manuals, and a box of spare parts. 1985 Fleetwood Pace Arrow 31, In very good condition. Inside is clean. Engine has 66000 miles, new ac belt and ac has been converted to r134. Tires are good. Onan 6.5 generator has 610 hours. Both roof acs work great. Has been parked at short stay for about 5 months. Comes with lots of extras: additional extension cord and two portable potty tanks. Only issue interior lights do not work because of a breaker that keeps blowing because I can't find a 40amp 1 1/2 for the converter. I am not an electrician but when we bought it two months ago everything worked great. $6,000.00
