The exterior of the RV has some minor damage on the right side in the middle of the unit on the bottom edging of a panel. Stock #279846 1998 Dutch Star Class A, DIESEL engine ready to go to a new family Dutch Star Diesel Pusher is a classic RV from the 1990s and the 1998 model 3865 remains the identity of solid oak cabinetry in abundance, firm upholstery, and well thought out living designs. The feature most outstanding is the spacious and long kitchen counter with round beveled edges. The counter is completed by many drawers and cabinets in solid oak assuring the comfort of cooking in a home. There is even a spice cabinet. Standard is a microwave/convection oven, and stove, and this part of the RV slides out for space to move about in food preparation. Across is the full fridge with a freezer. The windows have day and night shades, and bug guards. They are also tinted to reflect heat. The bed in the back room is 75 " with a set of short drawers on both sides. There are two hanging closets and overhead storage above the bed and storage underneath the bed. The shower is 34" X 36" and a washer/dryer hook up is in the bathroom behind oak trimmed mirrored doors. The heat flows up from the floor vents and air conditioning from the ceiling vents. The Dutch Star has an inverter, batteries, a generator, propane, and electrical capabilities to power the needs of the living areas. In the front of the RV is a mission-style leather-look chair in chocolate brown and was added by an owner of the RV to add an extra comfortable chair. An oak file drawer cabinet is next to the chair. A sofa in a pretty floral is adjacent and folds out to a very firm bed adding extra sleeping space to the RV. Thats right, this baby is resting on 8 tires with hydraulic brakes. It tows like it is on rails and the stopping power is awesome. The fold away stairs also has a landing which makes it easier to enter the unit. You will find gorgeous solid oak woodwork cabinets some with glass insets, kitchen island with a flip-up extension so there is plenty of counter space to prepare meals.There is a Norcold double door fridge and freezer, Atwood three burner propane stove with oven and a Dometic microwave. There is a lot of kitchen storage. Living room has a L-shaped black leather sofa that makes into a queen size bed in 30 seconds and your guests will not have that bar in the small of their backs. The couch also has storage for the bedlinen. A entertainment center with new smart TV and new amplifier is also featured. The back wall has a beautiful panorama window and is furnished with 2 storage cabinets and an electric fireplace. There is also a very comfortable wood frame chair with a red cushion. Instead of a dinette this unit has a large desk with a swivel chair for computer/office work. All windows are covered with heat reflective film that still lets light in which makes this unit airy. Three steps take you up to the grand master bedroom. A pocket door will give you needed privacy. There is a true king size bed with high end latex mattress. Very Comfortable. This is a 2 owner VERY WELL cared for 39 ft Dutch Star. It has been well serviced with only 38,105 miles. Recent work includes 2 new air conditioners, new refrigerator, new Goodyear tires, service on all fluids and filters, 2 new 32" Vizio tv's, all ride hight sensors, and all batteries and charger. This coach sold for $225,000 new. It has the highest upgraded cabnetry, Flexsteel leather seating for front seats and both couches. It is rare to find a nice size bathtub. It has a $9000 factory full paint upgrade. It also floats down the road on the upgraded Spartan chassis and large Cummins 370hp turbo diesel and best of all no def fluids required and not all the fickle computer controls that were mandatory after 2007. The SIDE RADIATOR is a must for easy and lower cost service. We have averaged 8.5-11.3 mpg for our trips. The super quiet Onan 7.5 only has 250 hrs on it. Recent installation of a gas grill and Dometic refer/freezer make camping a breeze. It has a washer/dryer combo and lots of kitchen storage. A large master closet and queen bed make you feel at home. It has 2 slide-outs, which decrease problems compared to 3 or 4. The dinette and couch slide out about 36" which gives you just as much room as 2 - 18" slides but much less moving parts. The NEWMAR Dutch Star is known for above average fit and finish and overall quality. This is one of the cleanest and lowest milage coaches around. My loss is your gain. DON'T MISS OUT ON THIS COACH
