The overall condition of this Newell Coach is excellent with the amount of maintenance and upgrades the seller has completed. It does have a small rip in the back of the drivers seat from the slide out. The Drivers Air ride seat- the Air ride is not working- seller claims he has ordered a new air tube several times and Newell has sent the wrong part, simple fix. There are a few tiles pulled up under the dinette that seller has to finish but they covered the access to the slide when he replaced the Slide Seals- wants to point out to new owner due to it being hard to locate. There is a hairline crack on the inside bathroom wall panel. Stock #398670 Elegant well maintained 2005 Newell Coach 45 with 52,450 miles! When the Bed is in the upright position there is an additional Television on the backside of it and an opposing couch to relax on. The Stateroom then leads into a huge Bathroom with Dual Sinks and a totally remodeled Shower Stall and bathroom. this Coach has an "Active Steer" Tag axle that will allow maneuvering with ease. The workmanship inside of this Coach is unparalleled in the industry. Reason for selling is no longer using.

I am selling my 1995 Newell Coach. It is Newell number 377. These high quality coaches are not mass produced. Each on is manufactured to the owners wants and needs. This coach is 45 feet long and 102" wide. It was built with a unique layout with a side hall way to the back. This allows you to close off the rear when travelling for a very quiet ride. It also has a huge bathroom and master bedroom suite which makes it very easy to live in. It has the Series 60 Detroit engine for tons of power and a bullet proof 740 Allison Transmission. All in perfect running condition. The generator is a 20KW. Just had repairs at the Newell factory, Yup they are still in business. I think some of the workers who built this coach serviced it. Also they said this Coach is built like a Tank and their favorite model years made.
