2010 Jayco Jay Flight 24FBS, Don't miss this! Single owner, excellent condition and well cared for with full dining slideout. I have been the sole owner of this highly maintained and cared for, 2010 Jayco Jayflight with full dining slideout. The relatively short length of this Jayco at 26 feet is deceiving, as owners of 35 foot trailers often remark it feels like it has more room, without the hassle of finding spots made for longer rigs or burning the gas pulling more weight. It includes a flat screen TV on a swivel arm in the living area, a real queen bed mattress (not the flimsy foam junk they normally come with), and all the quality you can expect from Jayco (never had a single issue in all the time I've owned it.) For peace-of-mind Apache RV in Las Vegas did a full inspection of the trailer to ensure it is in perfect condition. They also did a complete detail cleaning inside and out. Because you will no doubt want to inspect every inch of your new trailer, you will want to know in advance there are 2 cosmetic blemishes. Those are the ONLY things 'wrong' with the cleanest, lightest, best pre-owned trailer you will find. An easy repair if such things bother you - which is why the price is below $13,000 so you have money to fix it should you choose. Or... put your money somewhere you will notice it more. On one side there are small cracks where I turned a little too sharply into a bush. Rookies mistake. I researched everything I could about trailers before purchasing the Jayco EXCEPT the experience of managing the tight turns. The gray plastic flexed and cracked slightly. This doesn't impact the integrity or the operation of the trailer at all. The trailer has propane and electric water heating installed. Central AC and heating, outside shower, 4 stabilizer jacks, spare tire, and comes complete with the hitch set including the sway bar upgrade. In 2010 I purchased the trailer (single owner) with friends who bought other trailers. Out of five trailers, the Jayco was the only one that didn't have a single thing go wrong or needing to be fixed. The other manufacturers called it the 'breaking in' period but not Jayco. It worked from day one and has never stopped. The layout gives the feeling of a full separate room, with the dinette having its own benches and table, compared to other layouts that builds the dining area into the main living space. Once you walk in or go away for a long weekend, you begin to appreciate having it completely removed and the extra space it creates.
