The owner reports that all systems are operational and working as intended. All fluids were changed, and the engine/generator was serviced in the calendar year.
The owner reports that the only blemish on the interior is a couple of cracked floor tiles. The cat left a few claws on the seats, and the seat headrest has slight wear. There is one scratch on the outside, which was there when I bought it.
It was a live aboard for 10 months waiting for their house to be built.
