There were no distinct odors or smells at the time of the visit. It was apparent that the RV was well taken care of. The owner reports that the RV has always been properly maintained and serviced. Stock #360141 2005 Itasca Horizon 40FD with four slide-outs! This 2005 ITASCA Horizon 40FD is a fabulous motorhome! The RV hails from western MA. The current owner purchased the RV in 2015 from an RV dealer and has enjoyed traveling with family primarily in the Northeast region. They were able to take an extended trip with the RV down to the Outer Banks, SC, and with all the wonderful amenities the RV offers, they were able to comfortably live in her for a few weeks without issues. The current owners have replaced all the exterior windows; documentation is available. The front tires were replaced in 2020, and the rear tires were replaced in 2021. This RV has a layout that is very spacious and airy. There is plenty of room to move about. The RV has an elegant interior, with the dining area being equipped with a table and chairs and beautiful open windows, which also brings lots of light into the main living area of the RV making for a warm and welcoming space to spend time just relaxing or watching television, not to mention being able to enjoy the setting sun at dinner time; in addition, if the sun gets to be too much, there are shades that can be drawn to control the sunlight levels in the space. The kitchen area has lovely off-white ceramic tiles that are in very good condition. There is a pull-out extension countertop that gives more room for meal preparation, and there are tuck-in pantry closets are a wonderful feature. The bathroom is arranged with the toilet having its own space with a privacy door and personal mirror; the bathroom shower and sink are located just outside the toilet room. The shower is a stand-up shower that has a pull-down seat for bathing if needed. The master bedroom is comfortable, with room to walk around the bed. There is a washer and dryer combo unit tucked in a decorative closet. The bedroom closet is large enough to store many clothes and belongings, and the doors are full-length mirrors. In addition, there are drawers and a large space underneath the queen bed to store items as well. A key lock safe is located in the master bedroom to protect personal items as well. Plenty of exterior storage is available to stow away all your camping gear, luggage, lawn chairs, etc. The RV has been very good to her current owners, and as much as they would prefer to keep her, they just cannot use her and don't want her wasting away just sitting when she should be granted the opportunity to bring wonderful memories to others as she has to them.
