2005 Georgie Boy Landau 25' Class A Motorhome. Model is 2450DS with two slide outs (living room and bedroom). Chevy Vortec 8.1L V8 engine and Allison transmission on a Workhorse chassis. with very low miles (only 15,400). Slide out in living room (sleeper sofa), and another in the rear bedroom. This is a shorter RV, will the features of a larger coach. Everything is of the highest quality. Fully self contained and sleeps 4 in total. Runs and looks great. See the youtube video tour. In the cockpit, at the leather driver's seat: tilt steering, cruise control, power mirrors, heated mirrors, dash A/C, back-up camera, automatic levelling jacks, drivers door, etc. Entertainment systems include an AM/FM/CD stereo, 32" TV in the living room, VCR/DVD combo, satellite dish, and TV antenna. Both leather front seats swivel around to face living room. Slide out in the living room (sleeper sofa). Living room has a sleeper sofa and space for a dinette table: coach sleeps 4 in total. In the kitchen: 2 door fridge, 3 burner stove, oven, microwave, and hot water tank. Next is the bathroom, with a private room for the toilet, shower, and vanity. At the rear of the coach, is the Queen bedroom with another slide out. The entire unit has screens, and blinds. Ducted roof A/C units, and ducted furnace. Awning over passenger side, and two slide toppers. Onan 4000gas generator, runs great, with very very low hours. Rear ladder and hitch for towing. So many more options, it's impossible to list them all. State/regional taxes, SMOG, and applicable licensing fees will also be added to all California residents. California usage tax (8%) also applies to sales to customers of all states/countries if the vehicle or motorhome is picked up in California. Some states have a reciprocal tax agreement with California, meaning you don't pay taxes twice.
