This is a 1990 Ford E250 Conversion Camper by Sportsmobile Custom built and on Ford's RV Chassis. This is a 19' Class B Camper and in great shape. Everything works on this beauty. The lighting has been converted to LED to help the new batteries last even longer. Mechanically everything that could be replaced has been to prepare her for a 10,000+ mile road trip. Most of the work was done by a Ford master mechanic in Franklin, TN. All repair and maintenance receipts have been kept and come with the van including the original Ford and RV manuals from Sportsmobile. The plans for the trip changed and now we are buying a house so we need to sell her. Everything that was replaced in 2016 will be listed below. Basically she has had a full mechanical restoration and now only needs to be personalized inside. Just rolled in is a 2006 Ford Sportsmobile RB E250 Pop Top. This unit has barely been used having only 26,500 miles on it. This class b is absolutely gorgeous inside and out. 1978 Sportsmobile E250 Hd Regular Length , For openers, the reason this rig is classified as a Sportsmobile is because its the only type of RV that even comes close. That said....I give you "The Poor Man's Sportsmobile." The rig started life out as a 460-c6-Dana 60 Ford E 250 Custom in 1978. It was converted into four wheel drive and a camper by "Pathfinder" from the factory. It has very low miles and has never been abused. This rig is tough. The 4x4 system has locking hubs and an NP205 transfer case to the best of my knowledge . It all works perfectly. Every system in the van has been gone through, repaired, restored or replaced. I have thousands of dollars in receipts. All work by an ASE certified mechanic of 50 years. Its all right. Rebuilt 460 with an Edelbrock top end. New 3 inch Magnaflow exhaust, A/C blows snow. Heater will cook food. 2 new fuel tanks, electric pumps, diverter valves. 4 core radiator with giant electric fan. HD alternator, 3 new batteries with isolators and inverters, 7 and 4 pin Class C receiver hitch, full size spare, ladder rack, couch, bed, sink, ice box, raised roof, 8K Warn winch, big bumpers, big tires, perfect glass, fire extinguisher, portable toilet, tons of storage, curtains, floor jack and 4 way wrench, took kit, Shop manuals, running boards, fender flares 50 state legal, dining table, interior lights, tilt steering, power brakes, manual doors and windows (its a good thing). trans cooler, new brakes, new lights and lenses all around. Its ready to roll. New Texas tags and inspection. Clean clear Texas title in hand. The radio in all its forms is dead. The next guy can put whatever tv surround sound system they want in it...It could use paint but then you wont want to scratch it. Go off road, deer camp, beach bummin' oil field housing. Go beat on it. Millage varies 10-14. This is a solid old truck that needs your finishing touch. Pick up where I left off. My wife and I are building a cabin in our woods so this has to go.
