Closed for travel, this camper's tow length is 23', but it quickly and easily opens into a full size 30' solid wall camper. Trailmanor campers offer the best of both worlds -- convenience of a small folding camper with it's low profile and reduced tow weight, and the livability & luxury offered by a full size solid wall camper. This trailer can be towed by most minivans and mid-sized SUVs -- rated with at least a 3500 lb tow rating. This trailer tows like a dream. I have towed it behind a Chrysler Town & Country mini-van, and a full size Ford Bronco. Even with the shorter wheel base of the Bronco, this trailer tows with very minimal sway. This camper is fully equipped: --- LPG three burner stove/oven --- Three-way-power 3 cubic foot fridge with freezer compartment --- Full size stainless steel sink --- Full size bath with mini-bathtub/full size stand up shower, marine-style recycling toilet, and lavatory sink --- Hot water is provided by a 6 gal electric/LPG fueled water heater, with a 20 gal fresh water tank --- Heating is provided by 20,000 BTU electronically controlled, forced air furnace --- Air conditioning is provided by a 15,000 BTU roof air conditioner --- Not pictured, but two propane tanks are included, along with a deep cycle marine battery --- Not pictured, but included is a receiver swing out bicycle rack which holds 4 full size bikes --- Various gear can be included as well, at no extra cost, such as melamine dishes, pans, sheets, etc. This is the perfect family camper, with a large queen bed for adults (60x78), and a double bed (48x78) -- both of which are made up at all times -- no changing back and forth between dinette and bed! The couch does open into a larger than twin bed (41x69), and a child could sleep on the other couch as well. It is rated at 6 adults. There is an outside shower, and a large awning. This camper is ideal for full three season use. The rear bumper has a receiver hitch attached. Septic hose, power line, and fresh water hose all store inside rear bumper. Room remains for things like tiki torches, clothes line & clothes pins, etc. There is also a large fully enclosed and lockable storage area on the rear of the camper as well, for lawn chairs, portable grill, firewood, etc. Research the Trailmanor line of campers, and you will find they hold their value, are in high demand, and Trailmanor owners love their campers. Indeed, I love mine, but my kids are grown now, and I simply no longer need such a large camper. I would love for a family to enjoy this as much as we have. Additional photos available upon request.
