2000 Monaco La Palma 34 Foot Motorhome

This 2000 Monaco La Palma 34 foot Motor-home is in good condition with normal wear and tear that is expected after 15 years with us being the 2nd owners. 1999 Winnebago Adventurer 34V Class A Diesel Pusher Motorhome, 34 Foot, 1 Slide

We have a 1999 Winnebago Adventurer 34V for sale. This is a RARE Diesel pusher with a Cummins 5.9L 275HP engine and an Allison 4-Speed Transmission on a Freightliner Custom Chassis. This diesel motor is just breaking in and has its best years ahead of it. It is 34 foot long, with a large living room/dining area slide out. The jackknife couch turns into a bed, the dinnette folds out into another bed and the bedroom holds a queen bed. We have made many improvements in the years that we have owned it, including, but not limited to: Having a hardwood laminate floor installed in living area and back hallway. Recently installed two new front tires and one left inside rear dually. Also has valve stem extenders on the dually tires. Had roof resealed and installed new sun dome in bathroom about 3 years ago. Recently installed new transfer switch and voltage regulator for generator. Just this year had a new fuel injection pump installed at Cummins. Recently added three new house batteries and two new engine batteries. Upgraded tv in living area to a 29" Phillips flat screen with DVD player. Installed 23" Vizio flat screen TV in bedroom. Front dash air has recently been serviced and the ac compressor is brand new. Oil was changed faithfully as well as all fluids. Air Dryer for air brakes was rebuilt. Some features this motorhome came with: Microwave/Convection Oven 30 Amp System that uses power management to run both air conditioners at same time. Hydraulic Leveling System - Electronic System with Joystick Rear Back up Camera Air Brakes System and connector in front for air hose to pump up tires, etc. Exhaust Brake Two Central Air Conditioning Units Central Heating 6-Gallon Propane Water Heater Onan Marquis 6500 LP Propane Generator with 2,000 hours (serviced regularly, runs great!). Trailer Hitch 775 Watt Power inverter This RV has been wonderful. No major issues, all maintenance work. We are upgrading to something newer and are only the third owner. RV is currently plugged in so you can see everything work. There are no water leaks in the RV, we are happy to water test when you come to view. We have a Carfax report that shows no issues and are happy to email that to you. There are of course simple issues with this RV - all easy fixes. Many of them are just because the RV is older and was used often. Some of the interior is worn, but there is plenty of life left to it. In the rear of the RV, there are some dents on the rear trim covers from the trailer that we occasionally pulled with us. These can be fixed by purchasing the rear trim covers. This is simply cosmetic and there are no water leaks as a result. The awning fabric needs to be replaced. The hardware is in good condition and intact. The one bedroom window and driver's window are fogged. This is a simple fix from a glass shop. Fog lenses need to be replaced and can be purchased at a Ford Dealer. As of the time of this sale, there are no known issues that affect operation that we know of. The last mechanical part that was replaced was the fuel injection pump in May 2015. We had that replaced at Cummins and drove it a few hours since then with no issues. This RV was always smoke free and pet free. We are willing to accept reasonable offers. A $500 deposit will need to be sent via paypal within 24 hours of the close of sale. Payment in full must be made in cash within 7 days of purchase. Ford drivetrain with 57,540 miles. All new tires, brakes, and batteries 2 years ago. Loaded with all the important features such as two air conditioners, 5,000 watt Onan generator, HWH hydraulic leveling system, rear view camera, driver's door, electric step, one-piece fiberglass roof (not rubber), furnace, microwave, stove, fridge & freezer (automatically runs on electric or propane), pantry, tons of storage (more than just what is shown in the pictures), water heater, shower, two flat screen TVs, outside shower, outside radio, awning, and more. Some of the specifications include: Fuel 75 gallons Fresh water 70 gallons Black water 55 gallons Gray water 50 gallons Propane 100 pounds We last used it on a trip out west this summer and everything is in working order that I am aware of. The exterior paint is faded in places and it does have some delamination which is common on nearly all Winnebagos of this age but doesn't pose any issues. The front of the oven is missing the decorative glass cover, one cabinet is missing a clip, and the passenger side windshield had two stone chips I had filled but are still visible. The generator takes multiple tries to start when cold and then runs fine. I am told that is common with Onan generators related to initially getting fuel from the main tank. Also when the engine is relatively cold I can hear a slight exhaust gasket leak that has been consistent for at least two years, I am told that is very common and doesn't pose a mechanical problem. Winnebagos are built better than most other brands of the same age, to higher quality levels and with ease of service. Examples include a one-piece fiberglass roof instead of rubber, stronger framing and finishes, etc. We have gone on nice family trips with it but the kids are getting older and we don't plan on more trips going forward which is why we are selling it.
