This motorhome is so accurately named – the Escaper. It is truly a home away from home that is perfect for Escaping to a warm climate for a few months in the winter, or just Escaping for a long weekend to the mountains, the perfect lake or the woods. It is roomy enough to accommodate a family camping trip comfortably, large enough to use as a long-term retirement getaway, or convenient enough to just pack up and hit the open road without even using a road map – you just stop and stay where the wind takes you! One of the advantages we have loved about traveling in a motorhome is the benefit of having everyone and everything in the same area as the driver, and not separated by another vehicle or camper trailer being towed down the road. This is a buying opportunity, because by choosing this Escaper, you can move into the diesel pusher Class A motorhome level of RVs, and still keep within your budget, because it is just a fraction of the cost of a comparable new model. It was a higher end model when it was manufactured, and many of the components have been upgraded or replaced. As far as we know, everything is in working order. We’ve owned it for a few years, and we’ve added extras to make it very comfortable. If there was a problem with something, it was repaired or replaced. The colored vinyl graphics on the outside are starting to fade and show some age. The sale price has been adjusted to reflect the condition. This is a good, solid RV that you could start using today and be proud to take it anywhere. There is absolutely no smoke or pet odors inside. It swivels in whatever direction is required for viewing. For those times when sitting outside is desirable, the television can be rotated 180 degrees to face the patio area.It has a small residential-style refrigerator/freezer, which features 4.8 cubic feet of interior capacity. It is configured with storage racks on the interior of the door, a freezer above. This three-way unit is powered either from propane or 110-volt-AC when the coach is connected to 30-amp shore power. It also has a microwave/convection Combo above the refrigerator.The wet bath also houses a lavatory; an Aqua Magic marine-style toilet with a 10-gallon waste holding tank; a handheld shower head; and a three-compartment dispenser for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. GENERALLY, the coach you are viewing is a Bank unit, that was repoed from an individual. I in turn bought it from the bank for the purpose of resell. However, if there was a major problem with the unit upon purchase V2GRV will either address/ correct the problem, or report the issue with in the ad. Just because the RV was repoed by the bank does not mean its life is over. Most of these RVs were voluntary turned back in, meaning "life" happened and the people could not longer keep the unit and turned it back to the bank. Sometimes some TLC may be needed on any used unit. The outside of the coach is probably in above avg condition to nice when compared to other 7 yr old RVs. Most of the time the auction gives items a 2 or 3. So it is unusual to see a 4, you never see a 5. Reason most auctions down grade thier numbers is to benefit the bank reps. Its easier for the bank rep to explain why the RV sold for less than what book says its worth Some people consider the diesel Super C classes as toterhomes. Reason being tight turning ablility, lots of towing capacity, and can sleep a lot of people. Please do not confuse the high quality of the Jayco Seneca with less expensive , more entry level Super C s like the Ultra, and the Endura. While there is nothing wrong with these RVs they are less expensive for a reason. Its like comparing a BMW and a Kia. Nothing wrong with a Kia, its just not a BMW Interior is clean with no unpleasant odors of any kind (i.e. pet, smoke, musty, etc etc.) This coach approx 37 foot According to NADA. This coach is a Jayco Seneca, built on a GM C5500 chassis. Jayco makes other fine products such as the Granite RidgePlease dont get the high quality of the Jayco Seneca confused with less expensive more entry level Super C s like the Ultra , and the Endura. Nothing wrong with those RV, but they are less expensive for a reason. This RV is pretty easy to drive. There is 2 roof AC units that works. Ducted air LP furnace The engine or dash AC comp blows cool air The Engine is General GM diesel. Duramax diesel. According to the online spec sheet is makes approx 660 ft lbs of torque and 360HP The Allison automatic transmission shifts up and down like it should A 6k watt Onan quiet diesel generator runs and makes power like it should. approx 105 gen hours There is a 2 door fridge / freezer that works on LP gas or electric. Nada price is nearly 89k, this does not include 6 brand new tires This means the coach is not new so please do not expect new. If you are expecting a decent to nice 7 year old coach that is USED this is it. I generally state, just to cover myself, this coach does look better in pictures than in person. I guess the lighting makes the units look better. There are no known roof leaks at this time. Over the past 7 years I can not guarantee there has never been a roof leak, currently we have not seen any roof leaks. This coach can sleep a total of 9 as it currently sits There is room for two in the rear bed. The sofa converts to a bed for 2. dinette sleeps 2bunks sleep 2over the cab sleeps 1 We are unable to take enough time to completely check out every thing on each unit. If and when applicable we will make sure the following is in proper working order: engine transmission over head air conditioner refrigerator generator operate normally (if/when applicable) pressure test the fresh water system plumbing. Top off the fluids to proper levels. We are usually selling older decent motorhomes at very low prices, we are not selling brand new or perfect units. We are offering a good quality unit at a very reasonable price, often times below retail and even below NADA Wholesale, in some cases or often times most likely will need TLC. The tires have good tread 19.5 inch wheels. Aluminum wheels too. We drove the RV 600 miles with the tires currently on it. The tires were made early 2007. They are inexcess of 7 yrs old, which is the life of an RV tire. The price posted includes 6 brand new tires. Should the tires not be important to you, please subtract approx 2k dollars off the asking price The carpet looks good as you can see in the pictures. There might be a stain or two but nothing to be concerned about. This coach has a 50 amp power cord hook up from the factory. Also, the 'curtains' or blinds are usually 'tattered' and worn on these older units. I do not think you would have any trouble on the way home. I now feel that I have described this coach 'bad'. My son dropped this unit off to sell. He bought it in December 2013 for $30,000. He smoked and we still smell a very little of it. We have cleaned it everywhere. Replaced privacy curtain at windshield, new bedspread, fixed screens, shampooed carpets, replaced fan cover on roof over toilet, convex mirror passenger side. It has had oil change, brakes 2014 just after purchase. My son purchased at 51,000 mi and added only 4000mi. There are 2 carpet stains, where son bleached carpet. GENERALLY, the coach you are viewing is a Bank unit, that was repoed from an individual. I in turn bought it from the bank for the purpose of resell. However, if there was a major problem with the unit upon purchase V2GRV will either address/ correct the problem, or report the issue with in the ad. Just because the RV was repoed by the bank does not mean its life is over. Most of these RVs were voluntary turned back in, meaning "life" happened and the people could not longer keep the unit and turned it back to the bank. Sometimes some TLC may be needed on any used unit. This RV was purchased from a fellow RV dealer out of Florida. To my knowledge it is a trade in not a repo. The outside of the RV is probably in avg condition when compared to other 15 yr old RVs. The inside of the coach is probably in avg condition when compared to other 15 yr old rvs Interior is clean with no unpleasant odors of any kind (i.e. pet, smoke, musty, etc etc.) This coach approx 36 foot According to NADA. This RV was built by Monaco Coach. Monaco builds thier own chassis in house under the Roadmaster name This Monaco makes other RVs under the Holiday Rambler , Safari , Beaver line as well. The Diplomat can be compared to the HR Endeavor , and the Beaver Monterrey. The power plant is a Cummins ISB 275 HP direct injected diesel turbo charged motor. The motor seems to run like it should. Allison auto 6 speed. The transmission shifts up and down like it should We drove the motor home approx 600 miles with no problems. No oil consumption was noted on the trip home. This RV has the following options/features: Leveling Jacks Converter / small inverter electric Entry StepsPatio AwningSlide toppers Stove top Microwave Convection Oven TVlp furnace Washer Dryer combo unit hitch air rideair brakesengine brake This RV was just driven approx 600 miles with no trouble. There is a Onan 7500 quiet diesel generator. We let the generator run over an hour under a load to ensure a trouble free operation for the new owner There is are dual ducted ACs units that works. Ducted air Dash AC blows cold air of coarse it is 50 degrees or less, so its hard to tell just how cold the air really is There is a fridge / freezer that works on LP gas or electric. This means the RV / motorhome is not new so please do not expect new. If you are expecting a decent to nice 15 year old coach that is USED this is it. I generally state, just to cover myself, this coach does look better in pictures than in person. I guess the lighting makes the units look better. There are no known roof leaks at this time. metal roof Over the past 15 years I can not guarantee there has never been a roof leak, currently we have not seen any roof leaks. This coach can sleep a total of 6 There is room for two in the queen bed. The sleeper sofa converts to a bed for 2. Dinette sleeps 2 We are unable to take enough time to completely check out every thing on each unit. If and when applicable we will make sure the following is in proper working order: engine transmission over head air conditioner refrigerator generator operate normally (if/when applicable) pressure test the fresh water system plumbing. Hotwater Heater Furnace entry steps Slide(s) if applicable Patio Awning We will also preform a basic check on the drivetrain, which consist of a test drive to determine if the engine, transmission and brakes seem to perform properly. Top off the fluids to proper levels. We are usually selling older decent motorhomes at very low prices, we are not selling brand new or perfect units. We are offering a good quality unit at a very reasonable price, often times below retail and even below NADA Wholesale, in some cases or often times most likely will need TLC. The tires have good tread 22.5 inch wheels. . The tires are nearly new. They should be good for 3-4 more yrs under normal usage. The date code is 2010 This coach has a 50 amp power cord hook up from the factory. Also, the 'curtains' or blinds are usually 'tattered' and worn on these older units.c. I do not think you would have any trouble on the way home. I now feel that I have described this coach 'bad'. I would rather you to be happy and satisified than disappointed when you arrive. With that said the miles are counting up, but it does seem to be tracking them slow. This means the odometer indicates approx 50k miles, however it MAY have more. On all RVs especially older models there is almost always some delamation. This also includes some possible water damage. If you can not send a deposit within 24 hours please do not bid. What it does mean is that while the miles shown are NORMALLY correct, I do NOT guarantee it. How could I possibly know the complete history of a 10-15 year old vehicle that I have only owned for very short time? On vehicles 10 years old or older the titles can be labeled exempt for miles. A large percentage of the time the older RVs have an exhaust leak. I do NOT accept PayPal for final payment, PayPal is for deposit only. After you have inspected the coach and all is well, we can go for a test drive and exchange positive feedback. Winning bidder must contact the dealership within 24 hours of the auction close and the purchase transaction completed within 5 calendar days. This RV was bought from a fellow RV dealer out of Fl. With that said it is most likely a trade in or was just sold out right to the RV dealer. I bought it at a dealer only auction 600 miles from my location. The RV dealer drove it approx 150 miles to the auction. So in the last week it safely made a 750 miles trip GENERALLY, the coach you are viewing is a Bank unit, that was repoed from an individual. I in turn bought it from the bank for the purpose of resell. However, if there was a major problem with the unit upon purchase V2GRV will either address/ correct the problem, or report the issue with in the ad. Just because the RV was repoed by the bank does not mean its life is over. Most of these RVs were voluntary turned back in, meaning "life" happened and the people could not longer keep the unit and turned it back to the bank. Sometimes some TLC may be needed on any used unit. The outside of the RV is probably in avg to slightly below avg condition when compared to other 8yr old RVs. The reason for the low rating is this RV like many other RVs does have some delam or delamanation. The delam is mainly located between the slides on both sides The inside of the RV is probably in above avg condition when compared to other 8 yr old RVs Interior is clean with no unpleasant odors of any kind (i.e. pet, smoke, musty, etc etc.) This RV is approx 40' foot According to NADA. This RV is a Fleetwood American Coach Revolution RV built on a Spartan Chassis. American Coach makes other fine RVs , like the American Eagle , Tradition , Dream , and the Heritage. If you are expecting a decent to nice 8 year old RV that is USED this is it. I generally state, just to cover myself, this coach does look better in pictures than in person. I guess the lighting makes the units look better. There are no known roof leaks at this time. Over the past 8 years I can not guarantee there has never been a roof leak, currently we have not seen any roof leaks. Please keep in mind i have disclosed some delam aka delamanation on this RV This coach can sleep a total of 8 There is room for two in the rear bed. 2 can sleep on the jack knife sofa 2 more on the other jack knife sofa 2 on the dinette We are unable to take enough time to completely check out every thing on each unit. The tires have good tread. However the rear tires are beyond 7 yrs old and should be replaced. Min sidewall cracking is noted. The front tires are brand new. The carpet looks good as you can see in the pictures. There might be a stain or two but nothing to be concerned about. This coach has a 50 amp power cord hook up from the factory. I do not think you would have any trouble on the way home. I now feel that I have described this rv 'bad'. I would rather you to be happy and satisified than disappointed when you arrive. No oil consumption was noted This RV is pretty easy to drive. There are 3 overhead ACs that work. Each is also a heat pump. 2 LP furnaces as back up. One of the AC s looks brand new , 15k BTU for the bed room. The engine or dash AC comp blows cool air while going down the road. Perhaps some freon will make a diff. The Engine is a Cummins ISM series M11 500HP in line 6 cylinder turbo charged diesel motor. The 6 Speed Allison transmission shifts up and down like it should An Onan Quiet Diesel generator runs and makes power like it should. 10k watt. The customer told me they had the gen recently serviced. There is a 4 door fridge / freezer that works on LP gas or electric. This means the coach is not new so please do not expect new. If you are expecting a decent to nice 9 year old coach that is USED this is it. I generally state, just to cover myself, this coach does look better in pictures than in person. I guess the lighting makes the units look better. There are no known roof leaks at this time. Fiberglass roof Over the past 11 years I can not guarantee there has never been a roof leak, currently we have not seen any roof leaks. This coach can sleep a total of 4 There is room for two in the rear bed. Sofa sleeps 2 We are unable to take enough time to completely check out every thing on each unit. We are offering a good quality unit at a very reasonable price, often times below retail and even below NADA Wholesale, in some cases or often times most likely will need TLC.The tires have good tread 22.5 inch wheels. Plenty of tread remains. V2GRV had these tires installed back in March 2014. Approx 4k miles have been put on them. So they are nearly new The carpet looks good as you can see in the pictures. There might be a stain or two but nothing to be concerned about. This coach has a 50 amp power cord hook up from the factory. Also, the 'curtains' or blinds are usually 'tattered' and worn on these older units. I do not think you would have any trouble on the way home. I now feel that I have described this coach 'bad'.
