400 Horsepower Cat Engine Spartan Chassis. Dish in motion satellite Bathroom and half bath. Shower DVD Entertainment System (original) Washer/Dryer Auto Levelers Brand new in 2005 the coach cost $250,000 Second owner RV bought from original owner in California and brought to Arkansas. Immaculately kept in California and only 15,400 miles when we bought it in 2010. It was basically new when we bought it and is in equal condition today. It has been kept in a shop the last two years with no exposure to the elements day to day (only when in use) I have replaced or repaired: 1. Put new flat screen tv's in the front and side compartment when we purchased in 2010. Also painted fading front cap from the sun (common problem on this model). 2. New inverter 2010. 3. Had a blow out of the right front steer tire in 2011 and replaced all tires at that time. Tires in good condition. Did some cosmetic damage to the right front when tire blew but it was all repaired by Southhaven RV in Southaven, MS with all Fleetwood parts. Had a tire alignment then as well. 4. Replaced all batteries in 2013 5. Alternator replaced in 2013 6. Frequent oil changes and proper service 7. Normal maintenance items like windshield wipers last replaced in 2013. Air conditioners serviced in 2011. 8. Refrigerator repair in 2013. 9. New generator water pump in 2012 10. New Satellite 2010 Taken very good care of, if anything breaks it is fixed immediately. Normal road chips, one softball size area where a pressure washer removed a small amount of paint (see picture #8) on one of the side cargo doors. No cracks in windshield. Minor fogging of windows as happens in RV's but not bad enough to need repair. Interior is great with no tears anywhere. Rugs have been used over original carpet. In very good shape inside..like new. Carbon Monoxide monitor is taken down but can easily be reinstalled. Has front bra and full cover and wheel covers for the RV. I have tried to think of everything. It has been used by our family but always taken care of like a second home. Cleaned before parked and all items repaired after each use. It has been a great RV, we will miss the trips.
