1967 Vintage Skyline Layton Camper. Moden Interior redo on a Vintage Camper to use as the perfect bunk house or over flow for the cottage, lake, hunting or finding treasure. Kids love it as the club house/their space. Sleeps 7-8 (top bunk is for a child). Easy Plug for electrical with new AC and refrigerator and your space heater. Resealed roof 2 weeks ago. All windows/vents work. Lots of Storage in the back under the queen bed. 4 leveling jacks included. Plumbing removed for more sleeping. Plus most camp sites have restrooms and water available. No excuse that you never have enough space for guests and relatives or pals at deer camp. Easy maintenance. Lots of cabinets and storage under the dinette. Winter storage gets double tarp.Currently on Harsens Island, MI at our cottage. Easy tow with Ram 1500. Not perfect as it is 49 years young but super cute. Being sold as is. Only selling as the family cottage is being sold. Will eventually need new tires for all out trailer travel. Will need one bracket that holds up front awning (aprox $15). We use a piece of wood. All interior is included if wanted including lamps, decor, curtains and etc. plus new Irish Lights to hang out front so everyone can find their way home. This Caravel is only a few feet longer than a Bambi and is very roomy. It's in excellent shape. The exterior has only a few scratches and no dents. All systems (gas - heater, range, fridge; electric - interior/exterior lighting; plumbing - toilet, shower) have just been restored to fully functioning. The interior shows some wear, but is in great shape. New flooring, propane tanks, hub caps, hitch/frame paint, and windows, including gaskets. We hate to sell this now, but we are getting a truck and camper so we can pull our boats. This little trailer is a gem - totally ready to use in full, or could be a great start to one of the luxurious interior remodels. It was rejuvenated by the gentleman at Bluemoon Caravans, who took over for Mintage Airstreams, if you'd like to check them out. If you are planning on creating a "luxury liner", consider buying this and taking it five miles to these guys whom can do about anything with them at rates that will likely beat other folks nationwide that do similar restoration work with Airstreams.
