The exterior of the coach is free of any body damage. The tires have ample tread and are free of dry rot.
The windows are free of cracks and fogging. There are some light stains on the fiberglass front cap in the cabover area.
The interior is in great shape and free of any major defects. There are no odd smells. No rips or tears in the upholstery. There are several light brown spots in various places on the tile, which is due to glue bleeding through the laminate. This is common on this model. The flooring was completely replaced once and the glue showed through again.
The engine, generator, A/C, and refrigerator/freezer functioned while on site.
Everything else functions as it should, according to the Seller.
