Very well taken care of. All systems work as they should. TVs show a bright, clear picture. The refrigerator is a good size and very clean. The roof is in great shape. No smell of mold or mildew. The exterior of the coach is free of any body damage. The tires have ample tread and are free of dry rot. The windows are free of cracks and fogging. There are some light stains on the fiberglass front cap in the cabover area. The interior is in great shape and free of any major defects. There are no odd smells. No rips or tears in the upholstery. There are several light brown spots in various places on the tile, which is due to glue bleeding through the laminate. This is common on this model. The flooring was completely replaced once and the glue showed through again. The engine, generator, A/C, and refrigerator/freezer functioned while on site. Everything else functions as it should, according to the Seller. This is a nice, 30 ft well maintained Forest River Sunseeker Motorhome. It has been very gently used. We purchased it in November of 2015 and we decided to downsize almost immediately. We have taken it on 4 trips and it has performed flawlessly in the heat and in the cold, ( Denver in November, Outer Banks in June ) . We have been comfortable and it has been maintained by Giant Recreation World in Orlando with all of its services up to date. We have the interior professionally cleaned after each trip and the outside has been detailed twice this year. The Motorhome has 3 TVs and an AV control center for Satellite, Cable, Digital reception. There is an auto-seeking satellite dome on the roof along with a DVD player and in-dash surround sound audio. Galley is equipped with Microwave/ Convection with hood, Propane Oven and Cooktop, Propane/ Electric Refrigerator, Propane/Electric water heater. Generator can also be used while driving to power the rear AC and Refrigerator.Outdoors there is an auxiliary kitchen / entertainment area with refrigerator, sink, cabinets and TV.There is ample storage both inside and out. The electric awning and two window awnings provide lots of shade, both electric slide-outs have top awnings to protect them from the sun, birds and the elements. It is a great family motorhome with sleeping for 8, w/private bedroom, full skylit shower, separate water closet with sink, 3 roof vents, outdoor shower, easy dump station controls and accessibility with converter to enable both 30 and 50 Amp service.
