This is how I came up with price, 22,150 is average value with no options, look in photos for pricing. 36,025 with options that are on this unit and even that price does not show ouside kitchen with two burrner stove, hot and cold water, even refrigerator and storage. The main 2 gas tanks run the outside kitchen and gas grill with saftey connections and shut off valves very nice feature. I only added the value of the 100% fiberglass exterior walls of 1,900 to the base price. So for 24,050 this complete ready to go camper can be yours. Just for my curiosity I did a quick look at a new one the same as this and come up with average retail of 51,650 and again without the outside kitchen that is a fantastic option in my opinion. I forgot to say this 5th wheel was designed to work well with short bed trucks because of the "Max Turn Technology" it's only a little over 7 thousand pounds and pulls very easy with my 3/4 ton short bed truck. It also has the "Polar Package" that is better than normal insulation. Thanks for looking Half the price of new, you would have to look closely to see it was not brand new.
