The main 2 gas tanks run the outside kitchen and gas grill with saftey connections and shut off valves very nice feature. I only added the value of the 100% fiberglass exterior walls of 1,900 to the base price. So for 24,050 this complete ready to go camper can be yours. Just for my curiosity I did a quick look at a new one the same as this and come up with average retail of 51,650 and again without the outside kitchen that is a fantastic option in my opinion. I forgot to say this 5th wheel was designed to work well with short bed trucks because of the "Max Turn Technology" it's only a little over 7 thousand pounds and pulls very easy with my 3/4 ton short bed truck.
