My wife and I bought it brand new in 2013 after selling our house and most everything in it at an estate sell. We are missionaries and have always felt a need for mission work right here in the great USA. After spending some time in South Carolina and North Carolina, and loosing the financial support to continue on, we decided to move back to Texas. We are caring for an aged father with ongoing health issues that require more than a fifth wheel can supply. This fifth wheel is in excellent condition, a polar barrier for year round luxury living, 3 slide outs, a gas generator, 2 A/Cs, 2 Televisions, 4 door frig, deep double kitchen sinks, fireplace, large pantry or washer/dryer closet, queen bed, large double clothes closet, close cabinet, 2-draw cabinet, linen closet, walk in shower, lots of storage inside and out, day and night shades in living room and dining room, 5 small windows, 2 mini-windows, 3 large windows, and one large full width window in the back. The unit includes tire covers, and lots more. I am an RV tech and kept it in good maintenance. It was hit with lightening, and insurance covered new boards for the ACs, harness for RV slide out, and new converter. The roof has been cleaned and seals lubed on a regular basis. We have added two new tires since owning it and have added a new light switch, and fan for the living room. We are also selling a Volvo Semi with a Smart Car that we hauled on the back of our RV puller. This setup has been a great idea that allows us to have a small car with good fuel mileage to tool around town.
