This is a immaculate, heavily optioned, 2008, 38 foot, rear living Keystone Montana. Has king size bed, dual A.C. upgraded flat screen TV's. Also has optional fireplace and Artic Package. Riding on new 16" tires in 2016 with approx. 250 miles. Exterior is in excellent condition with no stains. Most decals have been replaced. Slides have toppers and awnings are free of stain or tears. This is our personal R.V. and is very clean with no smoke or pet odors. Presently located in a Great R.V. Park (Fort Tatham) near Sylva N.C. The R.V. can be left on the existing lot if so desired for either a weekly, monthly or seasonal fee. Already set up with deck and Direct T.V. satellite. Will deliver free of charge within 250 miles of Sylva N.C. Our reason for selling is we have bought a permanent cabin in the same campground.
