2008 30RL-DSL Northshore by Dutchmen travel trailer. Camper is in excellent condition. My use has been limited to use as a temporary office. Has seen very little use since I've owned it. Approximately 4 years. Mechanically the camper is in great shape and aesthetically. Camper exterior was just totally detailed and waxed. It has a nice reflective shine to it. Sealant was applied as necessary.There are no leaks and there never have been, the fiberglass exterior paneling is smooth and bubble free over the entire camper. Bottom of camper is totally sealed smooth since it has the arctic package and is fully insulated as well.Entire roof was just seal coated, caulked, and looks like brand new. Window awnings have just been replaced and are brand new.Carpeting has just been replaced and it is brand new. Two new rugs were made with bound edges for both entry doors as well.Camper has never seen pets of any kind and is also a non smoker. Besides the base camper there are numerous add ons:Second air conditioner installed over bedroom.High amp outlets and special surge protector for entire camperWindow awningsSlide out awning coversSealed camper bottom w/ arctic insulation packageThis camper would make a great camper for part time living somewhere.
