2008 Expedition shows very well inside and out! The outside is clean and has one very small dent from a rock (photoed), small enough that you may not even notice it. Inside is odor free, no stains, well maintained, looks much newer than the year. As with all purchases, we recommend a pre-purchase inspeection to test all systems. 1994 Kit Companion 26' , Set up to live off grid . The stated price is reduce: every thing is new: Schneider Electric MPPT 60 amp controller. Samlex pure sine wave 1500 inverter. Four Trojan 105 6 volt batteries. Four premium grade 100 watt solar panels. Solar panel stand custom built 360 degree turn. Two parts for moving.. Five new 10 ply tires 11/2015. All wheel bearing cleaned repacked with new seals. New propane quality regulator. New water lines. Only reason for sale: Decided on a larger unit with more features regardless of weight because it will just sit on one spot. Never moved into unit but used kitchen and refrigerator. Lets look at site location and benefits and options . It is parked at a Full Solar RV Park , est.quarter acre lot spaces . Yearly fee of $500 includes all facilities like evening showers. Less than 3 miles off interstate 10 exit. About 50 miles west of Buckeye AZ. Many leave trailers all year live-in caretaker and assistant mgt. You could just park it here until you are ready to use it. The interior is exceptionally clean. I have allergies but this unit does not bother me. Seems also non smokers plus few pets. Refrigerator was taken to a shop where it was repaired by professionals by previous owners. New bed. Mostly LED lights, all new. All carpet cleaned by rug doctor machine 2/2016 . There is little doubt in my mind that there are people out there who are looking for a smaller light weight fully solar equipped 5th wheel trailer but are not aware this unit is for sale. Please pass the word in the solar community. I put a lot of time and money into this unit. As a very limited income senior, I would like to see this trailer go to new owners who appreciate what was done to upgrade it. At the beginning, I never intended to put so much time and money into it. Especially time. Just got stuck in the project and had to finish it. Basically just getting my investment out with a little over for the time involved. As I have seen in the past, one day for sale, next day sold. What are you waiting for?
