According to the seller, this coach is in good condition. The leather is supple, and the cloth fabrics, blinds, and valences are clean with no stains, tears, or odors. The woodwork and flooring are in good condition with no stains, scratches, or wear patterns. There is some delamination on laminate surfaces.
Purchased in 2021, the roof was completely replaced in March 2024 after an indiscriminate tree scrape. The roof replacement included a new AC shroud, vent, and skylight and $17,888 in receipts; there was/is NO water damage from the roof issue.
The fireplace and central vac system were replaced in Spring 2022.
The batteries and tires are original. New carbon monoxide monitor in March 2024.
The coach's exterior is in good condition; the finish is uniform and shiny, with no scratches, dents, or damage. The roof is clean and tight, and the awnings are in good condition.
Included are a gooseneck ball attachment and winter skirting.
