2004 36' DOLPHIN LX 6355 HERITAGE SERIES, the only industry rated 5 star gas coach produced in 2004. Exceptionally well built and appointed, and maintained in pristine condition. Workhorse Chassis with GM Vortec 8.1 liter V-8 gas engine. Has 2 slide-outs: living room and bedroom with awning on each. Interior has Cherry Cabinets with raised panel cabinet doors. A 27" fiat screen TV is in the living area in an overhead console, and a 20" fiat screen TV is in the bedroom. A surround sound system is wired to the CD/DVD,VCR, and there is a 12 disc CD player. The backup camera in the console has a microphone. There are power driver & passenger front window shades, a powered driver's adjustable seat, cruise control, tilt wheel. Cable TV hookups (2)are present in addition to a Winegard TV antenna with booster. The video console is equipped to accommodate an outdoor 3rd TV as well as a Kingdome satellite rooftop unit, if desired. There are also 2 electric front window fans. Day/night shades are in the living areas and bedroom. 2 phone jacks are present as well as a CO detector, a propane detector, and 2 smoke detectors.
An Onan 7K generator is operated by a dash switch. A basement mounted 2 ton twin compressor air cond / heat pump (not a heat strip) is ducted to the ceilings. A sleeper sofa accommodates 2 adults and the dinette will accommodate 2 children, providing sleeping for 6. A leather Euro recliner with matching ottoman is in the living area. The coach has a new washer/dryer. The kitchen has a 3 burner gas range, huge 12 cu. ft. 4-door refrigerator/freezer w/ice maker, an overhead GE convection microwave. There is a computer workstation by the front passenger, seat a Fantastic 12v fan with rain sensor and wall thermostat, a powered vent fan in the bathroom, and Corian counters throughout. A double Corian sink with covers is in the kitchen with a separate filtered water spigot for sink use and for the ice maker. There is a huge one piece fiberglass garden style shower with etched glass doors and skylight. Ceramic tile floor with decorative tile inlays are in non-carpeted areas.
The bedroom has a huge wardrobe with full beveled glass mirror doors, banks of drawers, and 2 nightstands. A queen bed 60x80 and more storage than many 40 footers is in the bedroom. A large basement has pass-through storage. There is also an EMT electrical monitoring system installed. There is a 10 gallon gas/electric water heater with heater bypass for easy winterization. There are 2-6V deep cycle golf cart batteries, a 12v engine battery, a 50 amp power converter and charger. Also included is a 50 amp Autoformer for campgrounds with lo voltage.
There are hydraulic levelers, heated power mirrors, and new premium Koni RV shocks. There is a large patio awning with metal travel cover and with an additional sun side shade. Window awnings are present in the living area and the bedroom; the 2 slides also have awning covers. There is a ceramic toilet with a spray, and a hamper in the bathroom. Privacy sunscreens for front and front-side windows are used in the daylight in addition to front window drapes for night privacy. An outside shower is in the service bay. There are chrome electric horns and an electric entry step. The coach exterior is polymer polished yearly. This is a non-smoking coach with no pets. There are many more extras.
