Full size bed in the front with closable partitions for privacy. Full size lower bed with a twin size bunk over the top in the rear. Dinette table and sofa both fold down for additional sleeping capacity. Three burner stove, microwave, double sink, refrigerator/freezer runs on propane or electric, flat screen TV, CD/DVD/radio sound system, gas or electric heat, ducted AC, bathroom with toilet and tub/shower, hot water heater, separate black water and gray water tanks, 32 gallon fresh water tank with integrated water filter. TV can swivel to be viewed from the master bedroom or the living area. Marine grade speakers on the outside to allow external listening. , furnace, hot water heater, stove with oven, microwave, fridge, awning, it's fully equipped. Everything works and everything runs well. Two brand new coach 12v batteries, chassis battery 1 year old. Brand new faucet in the lav. Residential quality mattress and not the original foam mattress and has only been used for 1 season. Tires have less than 10k miles on them and still have a few years of life left. The wood in the top right side of the cabover bunk has a water stain from a leak while the RV was in storage. The leak has been repaired and there is no structural damage. There is also a crack at the top rear of the shower surround as shown in the pictures. Please don't contact me with offers or deals or any kind of scheme. No dreamers, don't waste my time and I won't waste yours. If you want to barter, come and see the Rv with cash in your pocket. No checks, money orders, I don't finance, etc. Buy it and drive it away only. Why am I selling? I came across a deal too good to pass up on an A class Sea Breeze. I don't need 2 motorhomes. I am not interested in renting the coach.
