, furnace, hot water heater, stove with oven, microwave, fridge, awning, it's fully equipped. Everything works and everything runs well. Two brand new coach 12v batteries, chassis battery 1 year old. Brand new faucet in the lav. Residential quality mattress and not the original foam mattress and has only been used for 1 season. Tires have less than 10k miles on them and still have a few years of life left. The wood in the top right side of the cabover bunk has a water stain from a leak while the RV was in storage. The leak has been repaired and there is no structural damage. There is also a crack at the top rear of the shower surround as shown in the pictures.
