According to the seller, everything works as intended. It shows very little wear inside, and the outside shows some wear on the decals and a few dings here and there.
The Chassis is 2011, but the Tioga RV was built in 2012. That was the first year they made Montara 25K

This rig has the following features: a Ford 2011 chassis with a Ford Triton V10 engine with approximately 987600 miles.
There is one slide-out that extends the booth dining area, which seats four (with seat belts) and can be converted into an additional bed. Storage cabinets are above and below the dinette/sleeper.
The main queen-sized bed has a very comfortable memory foam mattress, and there is also a full bunk above the cab, for a total of 6 sleeping areas.
There are storage closets above the main bed, together with a hanging closet, and two drawers beneath.
The kitchen features a 3-burner gas stove, an RV oven, and a microwave oven above. There is also an RV-size fridge with a freezer and numerous storage cabinets and drawers.
The bathroom has an RV flush toilet next to a shower with a curtain. Outside the bathroom is the wash basin with a mirrored medicine cabinet above and more storage below.
The previous owners painted the interior green and white to enhance the RV's overall lightness. The minor scuffs and scratches that have built up over time have recently been touched up.
The previous owners also had extensive sealing done all over the RV roof, and consequently, there were no leaks.
They also replaced the canvas on both sides: the slide topper awning and patio awning. Both are in very good condition.
The air conditioning unit is just over a year old, replaced just before the current owners bought the RV.
A generator provides power to run the RV if you want to boondock together with propane heating should it get a little chilly.
The house batteries are also great for boon-docking for a couple of days. Outside, there is a patio awning and numerous external access storage areas.
There is an external shower and stereo. There is a 30-amp hookup with 20A and 50A adapters, city water connections, and grey and black tanks.
There is a folder full of general maintenance invoices detailing the work undertaken on the RV over the last few years, such as oil changes and tires, work in the rear diff, and a windscreen change.
All the tires are relatively new, having been changed in 2023, with plenty of tread left on them. Additionally, the engine oil was changed in August 2024.
As far as the current owners know, no one has smoked in the RV, and no pets have lived in it.
