Chassis is in good working condition. 6 months ago it did the trip from NJ to the Blue Ridge mountains and back with no problems. New front tires, rear tires in good condition. Cabin is clean and has been maintained. Both AC's work, propane heater works too. Water pump works. The generator runs nicely. Water heater works but must be monitored.There is a small roof leak. There is no climate control panel in dash. Thanks.

We have a 2016 Shasta Phoenix that we must sell due to an ordinance change in our township. The requirements to store an RV on your property changed while we where in the process of purchasing this. This is a very family friendly 5th wheel. The kids are able to help set up to make your camping trip more enjoyable. When we purchased this beauty we loved it so much that we purchased a 5 year extended warranty that we are including in the price. That alone is a $2000 value. It is a must see camper.
