1997 Fleetwood Southwind 35' Motorhome. Model is 35P. Ford V8 engine, on a Ford Chassis with very low miles (only 62,500). Has the BANKS powerpack (more HP, better fuel mileage). Runs and looks great. Interior has been updated recently. This was one of the top end models for Fleetwood in the Southwind lineup, and everything is of the highest quality. Fully self contained, sleeps 4, rear queen bedroom, 2 LCD TV's, leather recliners, with a generator. In the cockpit, at the drivers seat: tilt steering, cruise control, power mirrors, heated mirrors, dash A/C, back-up camera, levelling jacks, etc. Entertainment systems include: AM/FM/CD stereo, 32" LCD TV in the living room, 32" LCD TV in the bedroom, and TV Antenna. Both front seats swivel around to face living room. Living room has two leather euro-recliners and a dinette booth: coach sleeps 4 in total. In the kitchen: 2 door fridge, 3 burner stove, oven, microwave, and hot water tank. Bathroom area is next, with a private room for the toilet, vanity, and shower. Two entrances to the bathroom (one from the side hallways, and another from the rear bedroom). At the rear of the coach is the Queen size bedroom with walk-around bed, and lots of closet space. The entire unit has screens, and blinds. Dual ducted roof a/c units along with a ducted gas furnace. Awning over passenger side, and 2 window awnings. Onan 5000 gas generator runs great, with very low hours. Rear ladder and hitch for towing. So many more options, it's impossible to list them all. State/regional taxes, SMOG, and applicable licensing fees will also be added to all California residents. California usage tax (8%) also applies to sales to customers of all states/countries if the vehicle or motorhome is picked up in California. Some states have a reciprocal tax agreement with California, meaning you don't pay taxes twice.
