Purchased new in 2006 Towed it once to Idaho thinking we were going to semi-retire. I sold my truck three years ago and have no need for the 5th wheel. The coach is nice, has a couple of small concerns and I will give them to you now so not to waste your time. 1. When the hauler backed my coach into my space at home he put a small ding in the front cap. $250 repair have been waiting for his insurance to come through. Having a problem with that but that is not a big deal. 2. Small scratch in the lower rear panel by the entrance door, hard to see in the picture that was on the web. 3. Had a small leak this spring around the sky light over the shower, it had a hairline crack in the caulking. If you respond I will send you pictures of these items. I feel I have reduced the price to adjust for these flaws. As I said we took out our TV's and my wife took out the comforter set she put in when it was new. The bed has always been covered with a memory foam mattress so the original is like new. The recliners were purchased a few years back but have had little use, we only used the coach may be one weekend a month for a get a way. That is the main reason for selling, just doesn't make sense to spend that much money and not get to use it much. I will be glad to answer any questions you might have.
