2010 Lance 1685 , I am the second owner of this trailer. The first owner bought it new in 2010 and only used it 6 weekend camping trips. He only hooked up the water and bathroom one time. I have used it about a dozen times and only hooked the water up a few times but never the bathroom. I currently have it at the RV shop getting it checked out and ready to sale. It is in great condition and so far the only things needing fixed where very minor and almost completed. I live in Newport and I never took it out of Newport since I purchased it. The trailer came with all the options available when it was purchased new. The previous owner gave me everything he had for the trailer with it. Such as the hitch, sway bar, hoses, power cords, cable line for flat screen tv, bathroom hook ups, cover, blocks, and other small items.
