There was a small leak in the bathroom about 5 years ago and was repaired then and has not leaked since. Basement door has some damage; see in photos. Some of the rear windows are fogged up from broken seals. Cushions in vents are only to help with loss of heat in winter. Stock #310878 Offering sophistication, adventure & endless possibilities 1998 Fleetwood Bounder 34J It has been well taken care of and, for its age, is in good condition. It had a new roof four years ago, the front tire has less than 5000 miles, and the rear tires are about ten years old. Side windows were both replaced in the last two years. When the unit was manufactured, it had a parking brake and was replaced with an actual park gear and emergency brake; this is a big improvement per seller. There is a small solar panel on top that needs a different battery then what it has now. With a different battery the solar panel could be used. Seller has done some upgrades. He bought a new AC for the rv $ 800.00 and has redone the roof with a coating of rubber-$250.00 Looking for a solid RV...defiantly a must see! Reason for selling is just not using it much.

The light on the hitch isn't currently working but not sure why. In the half bath, the paneling is pulling away from the wall. But other than those two seem very well maintained. This 2018 Jay Flight 29 BHDB by Jayco is a great unit for family or friends. It hosts a bath and a half. Outdoor kitchen to enjoy the outdoors and each other. Both of which are only a couple of the seller's favorite features. The master bedroom is up front with a walk-around queen size bed just off the full bathroom. It also has double bed bunks to add four campers, and each bunk has a plug-in to give you the ability to charge your phone. Dinette is U-shaped so everyone can sit and eat. The kitchen has a mid-size refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, and microwave. Another favorite feature is the large amount of space you have to relax. The seller did remove the sleeper sofa and replaced it with theater seating recliners. For all your electronics, this RV has a charging station to help you keep everything up and running. Reason for selling is not using enough.

Newmar Kountry Star 36FSRC fifth wheel-This is the last new Newmar fifth wheel sold in the country. Three slides, king bed, washer and dryer. Health forces sale. 1987 Coachmen Leprechaun , This is a good RV that needs some tender loving care. It is a good basic unit that I used for several years as a home base for projects in various states. Though basically in good shape there are items that need attention. The worse in my opinion is a leak in the window above the cab area that has caused damage to the bed frame. The refrigerator and awning will require replacement and the water system was working 2 years ago when it was last used. The generator will require a new exhaust manifold and muffler. This generator has less than 50 hrs of use. The interior is in good condition but the curtains have some water damage from a broken water pipe from several years ago It will be a good project RV as it is on the sturdy and reliable Coachman frame. You can see their quality due to how many are still on the road. If you are looking to get a good Fixer Upper with very low millage on the strong Ford 260 engine this is a good one for you. $3,000.00
