Very well maintained by single, non-smoking owner, Full basement with doors on both sides, plus spacious rear compartment. Two A/C's, one in main room with heat pump, plus BR A/C, and trailer wide furnace. Double sink with separate filtered water spigot and 10 gal. immediate hot water. Four burner stove with full oven and overhead microwave with exhaust fan, plus side by side refrigerator/freezers. Queen size bed, with under bed storage, full ward robe, spacious vanity, floor to ceiling cabinets with spacious wide and deep drawers, and smaller cabinets lining the ceiling corners of entire trailer. Floor to ceiling closets and drawers in bath room with shower and glass door. Worn black water pump recently replaced, working gray water and fresh water pumps. Macerator doesn't work, but only needed under rare conditions. Solar panel battery chargers, and Quadra Big Foot levelers. Radio with stereo speakrs and DVD player. Purchase a year ago. We have used it about a dozen times. It was our starter trailer. We were quite comfortable in it with 2 adults and 2 children. It is very easy to tow and to set up. We are still going to be using it until it sells. We have always kept it stored indoors. There is a great deal of storage and it is very efficient! We just replaced all of the lights with LED's. Ours has the front storage box with slide out trays. We also have the upgraded furnace with the powered vent fan. The included Gas Grill has never been used. She is currently in storage. When I get her out for camping the next time I will upload some more pictures and a video if she hasn't sold by then. Please email me for details.
