Low mileage (72,899) and Onan diesel generator with low (570.1) hours. The unit was at the Spartan Chassis factory in 2014 for a complete chassis safety inspection. No smoking and no pets. A U Line icemaker is included and works very quickly. We added Bosch washer WAS20160UC and Bosch dryer WTA3510. The dryer has an external vent for speedy drying. Both washer and dryer require 220 volts (50 amp) service. Satellite dish and solar charging panel. Leveling jacks work great. The electric water heater is gas/electric and works fast. The tires and shocks were replaced in the last two years. The Tire Pressure Monitoring System monitors pressure and temperature of all six coach tires and four on the towed vehicle. A Sirius satellite radio is also installed. The front TV is a 26 inch LED and the back is a 22 inch LED, both are hinged for access to storage in the original TV cabinets The rear view camera displays in the dash mounted Sony. The two 15K roof mounted Penguin unit's controls were upgraded two years ago. There are two Fantastic fans, one in the kitchen and one in the private toilet.
