The unit has all of the features you would want: upgraded glazed cherry cabinets throughout, solid-surface countertops, comfortable seating, and four large flat-screen TVs with satellite service. It is equipped with three roof AC units (15K BTUs each), and all three have heat pumps as well. The unit has Hydronic heated flooring and a 5K BTU fireplace, so your comfort is guaranteed no matter the weather conditions.
The living area has a sleeper sofa, a recliner that swivels, and two captain's chairs that swivel to add two more recliners when at the campsite. The dining table has up to four chairs (two are stored under the bed and have never been assembled).
The galley has all the features of your favorite kitchen--a convection microwave oven, two induction eye stovetops, and a large double kitchen sink. Both stovetop and sink have matching solid surface covers to provide ample counter space when preparing a meal or snacks for your favorite sporting event or movie night--or just having family or friends over for a quiet meal or drinks.
The stainless steel residential refrigerator has in-door access for water and ice and plenty of room for all your food and drinks. The dishwasher is just below the stovetop. The counter space can be expanded by pulling out the slide-out countertop, with more storage space below. The pantry next to the refrigerator and the pull-out drawers show the attention to detail that Tiffin is known for in the industry.
The lovely bathroom can be accessed across from the refrigerator or the master bedroom. It features a large walk-in shower with glass doors, a fold-down wooden bench - a rain shower, and wand showers - a sliding cover over the skylight gives you a choice of natural light or LED lighting. The double vanity and medicine cabinets with additional cabinet space below the sinks - provide plenty of storage space - and of course, the toilet with hose sprayer for cleaning days - and another linen cabinet above the toilet. The power control panel in the bathroom also has controls for the heated tile flooring (2 Zones) and lighting.
The bedroom is a place of luxury and comfort. The sleep number king bed - has storage beneath and there are cabinets above and on either side of the bed. At the foot of the bed is another large flat-screen TV - the cabinet below the TV has the entertainment center and in-motion satellite controls. There is a dresser and wardrobe closet to the right of the TV. The stacked washer and dryer are to the left of the TV - with a sliding door that gives you full access to the w/d units.
The mirrored sliding doors to the wardrobe closet provide more hanging storage space and a wall safe in the rear wall.
The cab is equally luxurious and comfortable to drive. With a tilt steering wheel and column, all your controls are easily accessible, and safety is designed in with rear and side view cameras and an integrated display on the dash.
Outside the unit has ten awnings - 3 power - door and 2 patio awnings - plus 4 slide toppers and 3 window awnings (manual). The basement storage compartments provide ample storage space and easy access to important systems like the Aqua Hot system, central vaccum system, and more.
The RV is equipped with power cord take up reel (power), and water hose take up reel too. All of the RVs systems are clearly marked and easily accessible around the exterior of the unit. The Cummins Onan 10 Quiet Diesel Generator is accessed by pulling a lever in the exterior compartment just below the driver's seat - and it is on a slide tray that allows you to pull it out to service it.
The tires were replaced recently and the unit is in great condition.
