This coach is in great condition, considering her age.
There were a few nicks from travels in the paint and one on the windshield. The windshield also had a blemish from a BB.
Although the owner has two small dogs, there was no evidence of pets throughout the unit. It smelled very fresh and clean.
This is a smoke-free unit.
Stains were noted in the sinks but could be remedied with an abrasive scrubbing.
In the bedroom, on the carpet, there was evidence of condensation dripping from the air conditioning unit. The condensation situation has been repaired, and the stain should be easily removed with a carpet cleaner.
Where the smoke detector was installed from the factory was in a position that was knocked off the ceiling when one of the slides was being brought in after the purchase of this unit. There is no smoke detector.
Two carbon monoxide detectors are in working order.
As of 3/1/24, the seller has just had the oil changed and is having the RV checked out.
One of the slide-out motors and all of the house batteries have just been replaced.
Also, the owner had an upgraded central vacuum installed.
This unit has the original tires. The seller states they are still in great condition.
