2017 Aria Coach has a full-body white wrap on the unit's exterior. Uncertain as to what the RV looks like under the wrap. Upholstery is in bad condition inside the RV. Unfortunately, this type of upholstery is known for peeling. (please see photos). The back corner of the RV has some fiberglass damage. Some scratches on the side of the RV. Inside the RV, on the top of the pocket door to the master looks like some damage to this area on the wood panel piece. (see photos) The exterior needs cleaning. The interior could use a cleaning as well. Stock #349526 2017 ARIA (By Thor Motor Coach) 3901. body wrap to protect paint.! Aria 3901 by Thor Class A diesel pusher. Powered by a Cummins ISB 6.7L diesel engine with 360 hp. Freightliner chassis with an Allison six-speed transmission. This RV has a full-body wrap on the exterior. As you step into the RV, you will see rich dark wood cabinets, drawers, and doors all made of real wood. The driver's and passenger seats are fully electric and rotate to the rear to join the living area. The full wall slide on the left side makes the coach very spacious. For ambiance, you will find a nice fireplace with mounted TV above--another TV in the master and an exterior TV under the awning that makes for great movie nights. The galley has a convection microwave and induction stovetop. Tons of space in the full-size refrigerator A half-bathroom in the main living area gives everyone access. You will also find a full bathroom to the rear of the master bedroom. A king-size bed Tilt-A Bed is in the master bedroom. It has an adjustable upper half of the mattress. Per the seller: extra solar panels added on the roof, an upgraded battery bank, and a sway bar steering stabilizer Reason for selling is not using enough.

Selling our immaculate 2010 Heartland Sundance XLT 26' 5th wheel travel trailer. This is a high quality brand with real amish made cabinets and other high end details. Wheels and tires are brand new as of our purchase at dealer a year ago. They were used to get the trailer to our property and it hasn't moved since. Everything works perfectly. AC blows cold. Heater keeps it cozy. 3 burner glasstop stove works flawlessly, microwave/convect oven perfect, and fridge stays super cold. 4-40 lbs (7gal) propane tanks included. 2 roof mounted solar panels keeps the 2 Trojan deep cycle batteries charged for dry camping. Great for LED lighting and watching the wall mounted flat screen TV on the pure sine wave inverter, all included. Interior speakers all upgraded to 3-way coaxial. 5th wheel tripod stabilizer, fresh water hose and filter unit, sewer hose and other extras included as well. Shower works great and toilet is actual porcelain. It has a large electric awning as well. I have one year left on warranty and will have it serviced before delivery. I am not sure if the warranty is transferrable, I will research it. Title is clean and lien free and in my hand. Registration just renewed Jan 31.Interior will be steam cleaned, exterior waxed/polished and fully detailed to showroom quality upon sale. 29 ft Travel Trailer. Heater and Air conditioner work great! Microwave, fridge and stove all great condition. New tires, New batteries, comes with tire covers, all hoses, water and sewer. All towing equipment included. Has a little bit of hail damage on outside, in side in good condition, recently tiled living room and kitchen. Eclipe curtains to keep the sun out in the summer. Lived in this trailer and traveled route 66 for a year and I was very comfortable and cozy. Lots of cabinet space and pulls nicely.
