The exterior condition is said to be very good. The interior condition is said to be very good. The dining table has been removed to accommodate a crib. A couple of window screens have a tear. Stock #236763 It's a beautiful camper just not big enough for us. Big closet, w/d combo,and double sink bathroom. The 2020 Montana 3781RL by Keystone is a beautiful luxury fifth wheel inside and out. The exterior has plenty of storage compartments and two awnings. The interior is well-built and packed with luxury features decorated with a modern touch. The interior living area is shared along with the kitchen and dining area. Entering through the single-entry door you will find a washer/dryer located in a closet to the immediate right. To the left is the area that housed the dining room table and chairs that the current owner is using for a crib. Next to that is theatre seating with storage cabinets overhead. Along the back wall is a vinyl sofa with a hide-a-bed. There are storage cabinets overhead the sofa. A 50" HD LED TV is located just above the electric fireplace. The kitchen area is located next to the TV/fireplace. The kitchen features a spacious counter-top with stove top. Above the stove top is a convention/microwave with hood fan/light along with overhead cupboard storage. A stainless-steel residential refrigerator/freezer with ice maker also is included. A kitchen island with double stainless-steel sink with high rise pull-out faucet, drawer and cabinet storage, and 110 outlets provides additional prep space. Moving towards the front up a couple of stairs in the Montana 3781RL you will find the enclosed bathroom. The bathroom is equipped with dual bathroom sinks with cabinet storage below and a medicine cabinet above. A foot-flush porcelain toilet, linen closet and shower with tub seat complete the bathroom. The master bedroom found at the front of the fifth wheel is well appointed. There is a queen bed with storage beneath it. A large closet along the front of the Montana provides for a lot of storage while out on the road. Across from the foot of the bed is drawer storage with overhead cabinet storage to either side of an HD TV. Reason for selling is looking for something bigger with bunk beds..
