It has four slide outs and can sleep up to 11 people. The back room has 3 bunk beds and a couch that folds out to a bed. The back room also has it's own bathroom. There is an outside kitchen with fridge, counter and cabinet space and stove top but no sink. It is in like new condition. Clean and non smoking. 2015 Heartland Sundance 3400 QB, 2015 Heartland Sundance 3400 QB Fifth wheel Rv. 38' 3" sleeps 10, bath & a half. we bought it new on March 31st 2015. It is still new and in excellent condition, the last picture is the actually window sticker and you can see what I paid for it. I have priced it to sell at a more than fair price. we are asking $36,999.00 and you are welcome to blue book it, last I looked it blue booked at suggested retail of $52,000.00. it has 4 slide outs with rear bunk beds. It is very clean and absolutely nothing is damaged or broken, we ordered it with all the upgrade options, such as the upgraded bigger A/C unit, electric rear jacks, bigger TV's, correct track align system, frameless bonded windows that are shatter proof, counter top extension, hide a bed sofa in rear bottom bunk bed, outside grill that is mounted on the back by the outside kitchen... to many options to list, please look at the window sticker in the pictures. It list everything on there. we have used the great camper about 4 or 5 times and has approx. 1000-1200 miles on it, It has always been kept either in a shop building with cement floors or in a covered RV storage unit where it currently is at Elk City, Ok. 2011 Forest River Raptor , We bought it new in July 2012. It is a very clean trailer. It doe not have beds in the garage. They can be added. The garage is 14' long. The washer and dry are top of the line, $4,000 when we bought them. It has brand new tires on it. We did not let anybody wear shoes in the living quarter part of the trailer.
