Who wouldn't enjoy having this to take camping? We loved it, but our joy now is watching our little one play hockey, which is during camping season. 2015 Heartland Sundance 3400 QB, 2015 Heartland Sundance 3400 QB Fifth wheel Rv. 38' 3" sleeps 10, bath & a half. we bought it new on March 31st 2015. It is still new and in excellent condition, the last picture is the actually window sticker and you can see what I paid for it. I have priced it to sell at a more than fair price. we are asking $36,999.00 and you are welcome to blue book it, last I looked it blue booked at suggested retail of $52,000.00. it has 4 slide outs with rear bunk beds. It is very clean and absolutely nothing is damaged or broken, we ordered it with all the upgrade options, such as the upgraded bigger A/C unit, electric rear jacks, bigger TV's, correct track align system, frameless bonded windows that are shatter proof, counter top extension, hide a bed sofa in rear bottom bunk bed, outside grill that is mounted on the back by the outside kitchen... to many options to list, please look at the window sticker in the pictures. It list everything on there. we have used the great camper about 4 or 5 times and has approx. 1000-1200 miles on it, It has always been kept either in a shop building with cement floors or in a covered RV storage unit where it currently is at Elk City, Ok. Full power jacks, power awning. 1.5 bathrooms 2 bedrooms. This bunkhouse is loaded. Was kept on a permanent camp site and never traveled since bought new until we moved it home to sell. Tires and brakes are like new. Camper shows normal wear and is in great condition. Included is a gooseneck adapter, water softner, and filters.
