1991 Charmac 4 horse trailer with half ramp or also use for ATV, Motorcycle etc.

This is a Charmac all steel four horse trailer in good condition. I had it painted in 2000. The original color was gold and that is what you see underneath where the paint has peeled. It has a some rust around seams etc. (see pics) and we just caulked all roof seams.One dent in roof at the very back near the doors and one small dent at the top of one of the back doors. Tires are good. Has had minimal use for the last 15 years. I had it rewired 6 years ago. It has always been in a dry climate as it came from California to Colorado (kept outside). There is a swing out 4 saddle rack. 4 drop down windows on the head side and 4 bus windows on the tail side. There is a half ramp that can be used if you wanted to haul atvs, motorcycles etc. I have used it once to haul a riding lawn mower in for repair. Wood floor with rubber mats. Inside height is 7', width is 77 inches. Full inside length of horse compartment is 11'4" on the short side of the wall and 15'1" on the long side. Tire size is 235/85R16, Spare has never been used. Some of the paint on the inside has started to peel (see pictures). Couple of short separator frame areas around one window could use replacing. The total length of the trailer is 25'9". 2006 Forest River Wildwood BHBS Travel Trailer. Wildwood 31.2 BHBS. 2006 Nice family bunkhouse trailer maintained by a professional aircraft mechanic and his clean freak wife. NON Smokers unit.. WILL DELIVER UP TO 500 MILES FOR $300 EXPENSES. It has been used twice on trips to OR and MI and thrice on local CO trips. It is very spacious with dual slides in the bunk area and living area. Brand new top quality mattresses just replaced the cheap factory ones. I also added additional top quality all wood drawers for additional storage. These were originally blanks with six short melamine drawers above. These are now full length wood drawers with cedar lining and three additional triple size drawers. I also added a couple of more kitchen drawers where there were blanks.. This is a great trailer for family camping. It is not overly fancy but has everything you will need for a great camping experience. Everything works great and I just installed a new water heater which has gas and electric heat with electronic ignition for the gas heater.. Porta Boat on outside of trailer not included but it is for sale sold as well as a 7.5hp motor and a boat trailer sold. There are a couple of small areas of delam on the left side of the trailer which is not unusual for these units. There are no leaks of any kind on the roof or anywhere else. Tires are in good shape. The original bias ply set were defective and they were replaced with radials after the first trip. Four bike rack on rear bumper included. The couch matches the dining cushions we just have it covered for protection.. Features.
