In excellent condition with tons of extras! This unit is perfect if you are looking for everything. Great floorplan, two slides open in the back to offer a really great sized living area. There are two new full sized recliners on one side and a comfy sofa with an air bed for extra sleeping on other side. There is a rear entertainment system that has a fireplace that puts out great heat. The 32" TV lifts and lowers at the touch of a button. The kitchen has Corian counters, high end cabinetry, three burner stove, oven, microwave and residential stainless two section sink and pull out kitchen faucet. The gas/electric refrigerator/freezer has lots of room and along side is a full bank of storage. The dining area has four chairs that have extra lift up storage in each chair. The entry to the bath and bedroom flows nicely, not right off the entry. The bath is completely private and has a nice sink, storage, a porcelain toilet and a full size shower. The bedroom has a really nice entry door, a queen size sleep number bed and tons of storage. Very private and offers really nice space. The color scheme is really warm and inviting. The outside is in exceptional shape, always covered when not in use (cover comes with). New gelcoat, new rubber roof, new awning (electric) and comes with a remote LED lighting system. Outside shower, universal docking station, comes with gooseneck but can be removed quickly for a fifth wheel set up. Each TV area has an inverter set up which you can run off the two upgraded new 6 volt batteries. Also big 10 gallon gas/electric water heater and rear hitch with wiring for towing other toys. Tight turn technology, outside speakers, enclosed heated underbelly. We take extreme pride in caring for everything we own, you won't be disappointed in the condition of this fifth wheel.
