We are the original owners of this awesome fifth wheel (purchased new); Keystone makes a fine product! 50/30 amp, 3 slides, sleeps 8-10. Overall the vehicle is in very good condition. Tires replaced in July 2015, CO detector June 2015, one propane regular in March 2016, convertor in March 2016, and kitchen faucet in August 2016. There is some minor damage to the exterior on one side, due to an encounter with a pole at a campground; other than visually speaking, we haven't encountered any problems as a result of it. It will be displayed in the photos. It is a 4-season RV, and we have stayed in it in all types of weather conditions, including winter weather in Washington D.C. It definitely can handle the cold temps! We chose this model because we had three children at the time, and it provided an area for them to sleep and play. The back bunk room is really a treasure! It hosts a jackknife sofa and three bunks.

2007 Winnebago Sightseer 35J, 2007 Winnebago Sightseer 35J- this is one sweet RV!!...It has rare Bunks inside for larger families. No need to sleep on a cot or fold out bed. But as a added bonus the dinette and the couch fold out as well. The master bedroom has a king size bed, lots of closet space and dresser type drawers. It has a good size bathroom with standup shower. Kitchen has lots of cabinet space, a three burner propane stove, fridge is gas or electric, microwave and double basin sink. TV's have been upgraded to flat screens and it has Direct TV satellite. Surround sound speakers and a blue-ray player. Stereo inside and out of rv unit. A 5000 watt generator allows for camping anywere, and runs the entire coach. Two a/c units keep the place ice cold, and a propane heating system can warm it up quick! 6 Near new tires (replaced last season at $3,600 with less that 1500 miles on them), New house batteries, and motor battery guarantee everything is in great working order. No more cranking the leveling jacks as this coach has auto-leveling system, and in 3 button pushes you are set-up & leveled, and the slides are out! Hook up electric, water, sewer, and your camping..less than 10 minutes your done. Coach has 21,500 miles on it and has been used very little. Outside has lots of storage, thats clean and fresh, awnings are in good shape, and roof is fiberglass, so no leaks!! Clean title in hand, full tank of gas, and will come with a free car dolly if you want it! NADA says high retail is $62,350 & low retail is $51,736... This is priced to sell today!!!
