I personally knew both owners of this RV, and it has been very well taken care of and maintained. The previous owner literally just spent $1000 on this vehicle for a complete service and new batteries. This motorhome is in like new condition both inside and outside, and has always been under cover when not in use. This vehicle currently only has 16,704 miles on it. The first owners were snowbirds, and used it to travel south from Washington to Arizona during the cold winter months. This is where the bulk of these miles came from. It also stayed under cover when it was south in Arizona, so the exterior is still in excellent condition and not faded out by the sun. This RV is loaded. When it sold new to the first owners, they paid $119,000 in 2008! This RV is built on a Ford chassis, so it is powered by a Triton V10 engine and an automatic transmission. This RV has three slide outs on it, so when everything is set up you really have a lot more room inside than you think you would! It has a bathroom and a half, meaning two toilets and one shower.
