A beautiful model that works well for trips or living on. I bought this beauty to live on so I put a lot of comfort and convenience options into it. Then circumstances changed so it has only been used periodically while being managed by a professional RV company and taken very good care of (all routine maintenance, winterizing, inside storage for some of it's life, etc). I had this vehicle fully serviced every 5000 miles by Mercedes dealership. It's in perfect running order. All systems work. I had HWH fully automatic leveling jacks installed at the factory in Iowa. I had a solar panel installed that keeps the house batteries charged. I have all receipts for service. The only reason for sale is that I'm purchasing a 39 foot motorhome for full-time living. This is an extraordinarily good vehicle that has been a pleasure to own.

Beautiful Fleetwood Pulse 24a package. Open floor plan with room to sleep 4-6 people. Euro-style wood cabinets. Higher-end counter tops and easy to clean flooring. This is unit was used sparingly and only has 10hrs on the LP generator. 90% Tread on tires. Larger sized bathroom. Paint was waxed yearly and it shows well. This a great unit for someone who is looking for a tremendous value. The Fleetwood Pulse has a lot of the features only the 13+ models have. It was ahead of its time.
