This coach is one of the premium motorhomes ever built. This unit is powered by a Catapillar C12, 425hp diesel engine. There are 81,000 total miles on this coach. The exterior full body paint is in excellent condition. All tires are new in 2015. The basement compartments all have sliding trays and the full basement is heated. There is an exterior NorCold freezer in one basement compartment. The front fuse compartment contains an air hose and compressor hookup. The interior has been immaculately maintined. The walnut (inlaid) cabinets are a show piece that complement the wool carpeting in the main cabin and bedroom and ceramic tile through the galley and bathroom. The kitchen has Corien countertops as does the bath sink. Built in appliances include GE Profile Convection/Microwave, Dishwasher and Dometic two door refrigerator. There is a built in wine cabinet with the original manufacturer's wineglasses. The bath features full etched glass surround for the skylighted shower. Privacy compartment for the commode and a Splendide washer/dryer set in a cabinet below the wardrobe closet. The walls in the bath and kitchen feature full mirrored panels. The walnut sliding doors separating the bath from the galley and the bedroom are solid walnut with full length mirrors set in each (bath side). The bedroom has a full queen bed that is fully accessible from both sides. There is a mirrored sliding door (8' wide) closet across the back wall and a walnut wardrobe (full sized) closet on the opposite wall. There are walnut (corien topped) night stands on both sides of the bed. The AquaHot system provides continuous hot water (no gallon limit) to the bath and galley. This same system provides three zoned heating areas, each controlled by it's own thermostat. Air conditioning is provided by two units and provide two zones of cooling, front cabin and bedroom each with their own thermostat. The driver's station has controls for locking all basement doors, the sliding front privacy curtain and the on board computer (dated, but fully functional) that monitors engine, transmission and fuel calculations. The rear camera is also controlled by the driver as well as automatically by the transmission when placed in reverse. Cruise, Engine Preheat and Passing controls are located on the left arm rest. The dual air/hydraulic leveling system is also controlled from this arm rest. Seats (driver and passenger) are 6-way powered. Exterior rearview mirrors are power adjustable and heated. Hookups for city water and sewer, an exterior hot/cold water faucet and a power reeled 50 amp electrical cord are located in a basement access. Varying exterior city and campsite water pressures are regulated by an interior 50 psi regulator that protects the interior plumbing from damage. This unit is built on a Gillig over the road bus frame and provides the most comfortable ride imaginable. I have priced this unit to sell quickly. You will be noticed in this exquisite motorhome.
