This 2013 Berkshire by Forest River is in very good condition. Seller put 6 new tires on it 9/24, and having the slife seals replaced. There are a couple of small blemishes in the paint, mainly on the storage compartment doors. They are very difficult to see. No other blemishes were noted, whether inside or outside. 2014 Lance 1575 , We purchased this trailer September 19th, 2013, and we took about 5 short trips with it last Fall. We planned to go out West in it this year; however, my wife developed a foot problem that now has her in a wheel chair and facing surgery. It's now just sitting in our drive. This trailer is quality. I am nearly 77 years old, and we could've gotten an Airstream, but this Lance is extremely quality built. If you know trailers, you know that Lance builds quality. We hate to sell it, but we can't see how we can really use it with my wife's condition. We pulled this trailer with a small V8 engine in our Durango, and we hardly knew it was back there. $23,250.00
