Great fixer-upper. Approximately $3000 and some labor would make this a first-rate RV. Most of the work is cosmetic. The exterior is uniform, with minor dents and scratches typical for its age. There is some damage on both wheel wells from tire blowouts, and a steel wheel replaced an aluminum wheel on the curbside; the tires are mismatched.
Due to a hailstorm, the trailer has a new EPDM roof and roof components, a rear AC and shroud, a forward AC shroud, a TV antenna, upper trim, and upper lighting. One of the two ACs is brand new.
The kitchen island electrical outlet is not working. The seller states the appliances work as intended. The water distribution valve in the water bay needs to be replaced. The water pump needs to be replaced. One electric circuit needs to be fixed. Two wheel-well covers and one J-wrap need to be replaced and a recently repaired furnace. A soft spot is in one of the floor tiles next to the vent (shown). Two outlets inside that don't work: on the island and in the back closet. There are a couple of outlets outside that don't work.
The interior is fair. The wood is shiny and in good condition, with minor scratches. The carpet is clean with no wear patterns, stains, or odors. A loveseat (peeling) is included, and the dining table is missing. There is some vinyl damage from the slideout in the kitchen area.
